Quality Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your signs or frames you may return them prior to use for replacement or a full refund.

Shipping:
We ship to any commercial location in southern New England - either on our own trucks or via UPS and charge you the standard UPS local ground rates. Compare that to other regional or national distributors! And when we deliver on our own trucks, our driver puts your signs away in your sign closet. (Minimum order of $100 or six of any one item, whichever is lower.)

Service:
Call us and you'll speak to someone who can answer questions about our products, take your order, and handle your billing.
 
• NO art and set-up charges for standard signs.
• Need a design? No problem. We can create a look and feel for your sign, or work from your sketches and concepts. Design work can be handled quickly and efficiently via fax or e-mail.
We provide not one, but two free proofs on custom signs. We reserve the right to charge $35 per proof after the second proof.
• We attempt to ship all orders in 10-15 working days.
• Stock riders can usually be shipped within 72 hours.
• All orders are shipped C.O.D.
• Visa and Mastercard gladly accepted -
• We reserve the right to undership 10% of your order due to production constraints (usually applies to multiple color signs).
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
